We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information our application may access, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Access

Depending on the features you use and the permissions you provide, the application may access the following information:

Photos and Videos: With your permission, the application accesses your photo library to find duplicate, similar, blurry, screenshot, and large photos or videos. It may also temporarily retain selected items to support cleanup and recovery features.

Contacts: With your permission, the application accesses your contacts to identify duplicate or incomplete contacts and help you organize or merge them.

Email: If you choose to connect an email account, the application uses IMAP to access and display email information, including messages, senders, subjects, dates, categories, and message sizes. This information is used to organize, search, categorize, and clean your inbox. Supported account credentials are securely stored using Apple's Keychain.

Files and Storage: The application may access files and storage information available to it to provide storage analysis, file management, and cleanup features.

2. On-Device Processing

Certain features are designed to process information directly on your device. Photo analysis and some email categorization may use Apple's system technologies, such as Vision and Natural Language, to identify and organize content.

We do not use your photos, videos, contacts, or email content for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to operate and improve the application:

• Google Firebase for analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.

• Google AdMob for displaying advertisements and measuring advertising performance.

• RevenueCat for managing subscriptions, purchases, and premium entitlements.

These providers may process limited technical, usage, advertising, or purchase-related information as necessary to provide their services.

4. Advertising and Tracking

The application may display advertisements. Where required by Apple, we request permission through App Tracking Transparency before using information for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.

If you allow tracking, advertising identifiers may be used for relevant advertising and measurement. You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device settings.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The application may offer subscriptions or one-time purchases. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. RevenueCat may process transaction and subscription information to determine your premium access and manage entitlements.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers when necessary to provide application functionality, advertising, analytics, subscription management, security, or comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or use your photos, videos, contacts, email content, or email passwords for advertising.

7. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the application. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant features, maintain the service, process transactions, or comply with legal requirements.

8. Your Choices

You can control permissions through your device settings, including access to Photos, Contacts, and tracking. You can also disconnect an email account and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account.

9. Children's Privacy

The application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for purposes prohibited by law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our features, services, or privacy practices change. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date above.
